Dismantle systemic barriers to entrepreneurship for economically disenfranchised communities
Entrepreneurship can be a powerful tool to grow economic opportunity and help close broader inequities in society, like the racial wealth gap and the gender pay gap.
Yet, people from historically marginalized groups often face additional barriers to starting a business, including income volatility and limited access to capital, high-speed broadband, business resources, and mentorship networks.
We are working to ensure that women – in particular women of color and women in rural and tribal areas – have the resources, tools, and assistance they need to build successful businesses and in turn, contribute to a more inclusive economy.
